Dear Pre-Script
members,
The UNM College of Pharmacy APhA-ASP
chapter selects one Pre-Pharmacy member each year to
serve as the Member-At-Large (MAL). The
PrePharm MAL serves as the liason between APhA-ASP
and the Pre-Script Society. The selected member is
required to attend most APhA-ASP functions including
meetings, health screenings, fundraisers, and so
forth.
This position requires a large time commitment, but is an
excellent opportunity. Serving as the MAL enhances
your COP application, builds your pharmacy-related
experience, improves your leadership skills, and allows
you to network with peers and health care professionals.
If you are interested in applying for this position,
please email me back at DNorris@salud.unm.edu
by FRIDAY, SEPT.
11th at 5:00 pm. Depending on the number
interested, you may later be asked to complete an
essay. Members of the APhA-ASP Executive Committee
and Dr. Thompson will appoint the position.
Also, feel free to contact me with any questions.
Sincerely,
Davena Norris
